Fingers Ride Start

Many different variations of this ride exist, but they are all known as a fingers ride to the locals. Tramway serves as the palm of the hand and the climbs you choose to do radiate from Tramway like fingers from your hand –hence the name. Like the fingers on your hand, some of the climbs are longer than others. You can pick and choose from these climbs or make up some of your own. More advanced riders will include the ride up FR 333 to the La Luz TH as one of the fingers. This ride is more moderate and has six fingers, although some of the fingers on this ride are “fat” because the route down varied from the route up. Anyway, you get the idea – have fun with it. No matter which fingers you choose, as long as you do five - it’s a fingers ride and guaranteed to be a good workout.
