Only the Wonderland Trail is suggested as a 10 day trip, of course there are many many other options.. You can find 45 choices of hikes from a short family friendly hike to a multi day backpacking trip at VisitRainier.com

Why does it "take 10 days". You can do it in how ever many days you want it to! From an epic 24 hour trail run to 4 to 7 days to the even more epic 2 to 3 week long photo trips.
10 days though? Oh please.
