This pack is affordable and well built I used it one time bear hunting and had a sleeping bag, twin size air matress, hand pump, 3 gallon jugs of water, 4 days worth of clothes, 4 days of food, my tent, toiletries, and other misc. items. This does not include the tree stand and 20 foot ladder i had strapped to it, it held up well and I did not have any problems. The pack distributed the weight very well, and it weighed in just over 100 lbs. I would recommend this to a friend.

While trying to sleep in the backcountry my mind wants to stay in alert mode at night causing considerable sleep loss. I've tried OTC sleep aids and melatonin (3 mg) to only modest success. Any additional suggestions would be very appreciated.

Some standard things I ask include: Does your pad pad you enough? Is your bag comfy and warm enough? Do you create a pillow thick enough--or too thick?
