I got this daypack for my birthday last year. I have taken it on various trails throughout the catskills. I love the internal alluminum frame sheet. It helps to keep my gear from poking me in my back. It has tons of space for use as an overnight pack and has bladder capabilities. The shoulder straps are very comgorable along with the sternum strap and waist strap. the waist strap has pockets on them which allows me to easily access my cellphone, cahpstick, and compass. Great pack for someone who doesn't want to spend a fortune.
