I tried out this new App for adventure travel sharing and it is cool. A company call TravelTrac developed an iPhone Mobile Multimedia Travel Sharing App that is available on iTunes now. It allows you communicate with anyone while traveling. Sharing your trips and travel adventures from any destination on the globe has never been easier. Add photos, position or location reports, travel journal entries, and videos automatically format a custom micro site and format your multimedia travelogue automatically. Add contacts from the iPhone or import contacts from any webmail address book and they receive automatic e-mail notifications whenever updates are made so friends can stay connected to your travel experiences as they happen.

While trying to sleep in the backcountry my mind wants to stay in alert mode at night causing considerable sleep loss. I've tried OTC sleep aids and melatonin (3 mg) to only modest success. Any additional suggestions would be very appreciated.
