I have written to you before. I did not order this publication, have no interest in it, will not read it, put it directly in my recycling bin and WILL NOT PAY FOR IT!!!!
in the may 2009 magazine on page 43 there was a recipe for (enduro nuggets)for fitness for people 35 to 50 years of age.it gave the ingredinets, but no instructions on how to fix them. do you cook , heat or smash them in pan.

I remember a 4 h cmping trip I went on for a week and our Leader worked in a bakery and took nothing but a big bag of rolls for the 10 of us for all of our food.
Luckily We had a fonzie type person in the group who befriended the girls 4 h camp next to us and we dined well and survived to tell the story!
