I just downloaded the map pro app and made a map set of the metro NYC area. When I look at it, it disappears and goes back into the Ipad 2 home screen. It constantly asks me to sign in. Any suggestions on who to contact for further instructions.
This children's hiking book explains how to orient yourself using a compass, a compass and a map, a map and no compass, no compass and no map etc. Look for it on Amazon: "Felix the Sugarglider Be Safe Hike Smart." I highly recommend it to anyone wanting to know direction and especially to those who want teach these skills to children. Feel confident about orienting yourself outdoors by reading this book. We read this book to prepare for every hike- it's only about 34 pages and illustrated. It teaches all kinds of stuff like trail ethics, survival packing (prepare a bag for the car and for the trail) incase you end up spending the night outdoors unexpectedly. Did you know grazing cows can be dangerous if you encounter them on the trail? I didn't! I learned about it in this book and then I did some research and it's true;-)

I'm interested in a map of the Charles C Deam Wilderness in southern Indiana. Trails Illustrated downsized it to incorporate other areas in S. Indiana and its too hard to see detail. Can you make this one?
