Bug Bite Evasion Therapy

What's the best way to treat bug bites? Don't get bit in the first place.

by: John Harlin

Can't sleep because a lone mosquito is buzzing inside the tent? Tired of bloody tent walls? To rid your shelter of winged invaders, practice the art of evasion. Pitch your tent door into the wind (unless you expect a gale). Don't hang out at the tent door before entering because you'll attract bugs. Ask your tentmate to man the zippers while you quickly enter or exit in one fluid move. Apply bug repellent just prior to egress. Immediately hunt and destroy everything that flew in with you.
