This amply sized lounger feels almost like a loveseat. “The seat is so wide (23 inches) that I was able to comfortably share it with my nine-year-old son while toasting marshmallows,” reports one tester. The back is tall enough to provide head support while in full repose, and the low seat (12 inches from the ground) is perfect for hunkering in next to the fire or fiddling with a camp stove at your feet. The steel frame and nylon/mesh seat are solid: Our tester dragged it around for several months from cub scout campouts and canoe trips to the kids’ baseball games and the beach and never had a problem. The curvy arms are padded for comfort and a multi-chambered side holster gives you the perfect place to stash a cold one and your copy of Coming into the Country.
